Everyone is a beginner when starting their Pilates journey. It is essential to learn the fundamentals belonging to the Pilates Method. Like many other things, you must learn to walk before you run! Pilates is no different with endless space to grow and progress from the fundamentals. Joseph Pilates believed in order for his method to work, it is required to practice 3 – 4 x / week. We understand that may not be possible, so we have designed options for everyone.

Private or duet Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs and / or goals. Our instructors have extensive training on common injuries, spinal pathologies, & joint replacement solutions.
