What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises performed on apparatus designed & created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. The Pilates Method is presented as the art of
controlled movement which should feel & look like a workout when executed properly. The Method allows for exercises to be modified in ranges of difficulty from beginner to advanced, & also based upon the practitioners specific goals and / or limitations.
